If you owned one of these, and you also owned any Glock, you could theoretically get hit with Constructive Intent if the wrong person found out. But.. You'd have a hard enough time getting one in the first place.

That part is the "machine gun" it doesn't matter if you have a Glock or not. Kinda like a drop in auto sear is the machine gun. Be in possession of either without the proper paperwork and you are in prison.
Legally you can not possess it if you have a glock. That's intent to manufacture. Same way how you can buy full auto AK parts kits. Sure you can own them but if you own an AK and have them housed in the same place... that's intent to manufacture.
Plus I believe that part is numbered. So that's a no go.
The kits are un-numbered and un finished. They are just parts technically.
The finished ones are registered dealer sample machine guns.
They won't sell the kit without an 02 SOT and they won't sell the finished without an 02 or 03 SOT AND a demo letter

So you can own one, as long as you dont keep a glock, ever, or let it near a glock ever. BATFE would probably come looking for whoever ordered this though, right?
