Selling a vehicle

I want to post an on road vehicle ad. I think I've been in this website for a LONG time unless I forgot my password and created a new user name and forgot. When I clicked to start a post it said I didnt have permission...
What are the stipulations needed to post a vehicle ad? I dont want to break any rules.

IIRC, some have difficulty using tapatalk. Try posting from your laptop
