I know it's not buying for someone else, but in today's world of idiots trying to vilify any of us who beleive in the 2nd Ammendment:
could listing a gun as "selling for a friend" be considered like a straw purchase?

Not talking about listing for a friend where you give the friends info and the friend sells it, I mean where the ODT member posts something to the effect of "I'll get the gun from my friend when someone is ready to buy it and you will deal with me". Yes, there is a post on here like that now.
