You have no negs but you also don't have ANY positive feedback. You call it ego and some understand it as a man of his word, someone that can be trusted, dependable, etc. Go look those words up and maybe you will understand the journeyman does has some experience that can be observed and practiced by the apprentice. Maybe you come from the whatever, know it all, mind set and would be better served bowing up, and expressing your opinion where someone cares.
