SECTION 1-2 seems to read that only private property can ask you to leave, no longer public..
not sure I understand this one completely.
Section 1-3: has Church carry which is worded as banned unless the administrative board of such place of worship77 permits the carrying of weapons or long guns by license holders;
personally, id like this changed to just allowed. the church can ask you to leave like any other business.
A license holder shall be authorized to carry a weapon in a government building where
115 ingress into such building is not restricted or screened by security personnel during the
116 hours the government building is open for business. A person who is not a license holder
117 and who attempts to enter a government building carrying a weapon shall be guilty of a
118 misdemeanor. A license holder who enters or attempts to enter a government building
119 carrying a weapon where ingress is restricted or screened by security personnel shall be
120 guilty of a misdemeanor; provided, however, that a license holder who exits such building
121 or leaves such location upon his or her observation that such building has security
122 personnel restricting or screening ingress into such building shall not be guilty of violating
123 this subsection.
Government buildings not having security would become legal. This is good. Does this include the post office?
SECTION 1-4.: expands "School Zone" to include Buses and School events.
appears to authorize the school to authorize carriers, not sure on wording here.
permit holders would be allowed to have their guns at property or buildings used for athletic sporting events or student housing,including fraternity and sorority houses Only Or would give the Schools specific permission to expand the permissable zones.
Ill be asking for full campus carry. but this is at least a step in the right direction.

Carry Permits for our 18-20 yr old military. good.
Adds to Mental Health restrictions. anyone expand/translate this mess for me?

Ill be asking for unrestricted bar carry IF NOT DRINKING. (I dont want to disarm to be my buddys DD.)
and ill be pushing for them to fully support this bill.
