Sendero value please??

Need some help on a Sendero value from some folks that are more familiar with the 700 Sendero.... It is a early version, date coded Nov 1996, HS precision stock, it's the matte finish(not SF). It is in a 270 win and has a VERY,VERY low round count and is as nice as you will find anywhere out of the box. The jeweling on the bolt has very little wear. It has Leaupold base and rings with no scope. Just kicking around the idea of selling and was trying to get a value, not having much luck finding value because I am not finding many 270s for sale. I ordered one for $1400, SS fluted. You need to be in the 800-1000 range if you want to sell it.

last one I got rid of was a ss fluted in 7mm short action ultra mag and it went for 1000

I had a stainless fluted Sendero in 300 win mag that got away from me on an AR trade during the panic a few years ago. I wish I had another one.

Thanks for the responses.... That's the problem with coming up with a value. Have not found many that were not stainless fluted and in a 7mag,300,etc...
