Seriously, does it make that much of a difference (charging handle)?

On my shared AR's, I upgraded to Raptor handles for my wife, brother in law and mother in law, who are all leftys, plus ambidextrous safety selectors and B.A.D levers to encourage them to practice and shoot more without the akwardness they would have had in a right-handed world. It just makes it easier.

It's to their interests and my Benefit. We all get to play more.
I'm a lefty shooter too... Basic reason I did the upgrade and I just think it looks better on my (soon to be) SBR

You just want to make sure they don't have any problems handling the ones on the left and the ones and the right, when you're keeping the ones in the middle at bay, lol.

@SpelHD - What years were you in? (Me 75-82)

Seriously though, thank you both.

Ok, I ordered an "extended" charging handle when I bought the pistol build the other day. I think I will wait and see how I like it before investing such an huge sum of monies on other charging handles. Although, I really do think the 7,62 x39 would benefit from the larger extended handle of the BCM. Ok, y'all talked me into it. I will order one tomorrow :)
