Seriously, please help. I’d appreciate help finding a video that I can add to my FairTax video

I am paying an animator for a video. I have a place for a few seconds of video to illustrate our politicians rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. So I am Looking for synchronized stupidity that I can have the faces of politicians overlaid on the faces of the donor video.

Any suggestions are welcome. Also suggestions as to which politicians faces to use in the video
