Set a few traps today for Coyote

Sardines work well for coons too. Ive had very good luck using them.

I think that they (Coyotes) must have gone to your place from mine!

There has always been a pack of them here ever since Ive lived here. I shot one once but never trapped one of them yet. Catch too many damn possums, coon and the occasional fox.

Best luck Ive had was on my buddy’s land last season. Caught 2 coyotes and a bobcat all less than a week apart. I was plenty tickled with the big tom bobcat I caught. He’ll be one of my taxidermy projects here before too long. Even if I don’t catch anything else this season I’ll consider it a good one because of catching him.

Anyone around Newnan want to trap a coon or 2. I had 71 pics of coons at my feeder last night getting all my corn. Humane traps only, I have a Shepard who thinks she can herd deer and she visits the feeder every am. If your interested pm me.

Relatively easy to catch with cage type traps, good luck. I am trying to catch the ones at my place for now!

I caught several last year with a 7.62x39 Hornady SST and Wolf HP. I guess they learned as I didn't see any this year except on trail cams.
