Yes sir. That is covered in the nuisance permit. They're not hard to get but have extremely strict guidelines.

As long as where you are its legal to discharge a firearm its legal to shoot anything in season you have a licence for. I live out in the middle of nowhere in floyd and could take out 20 deer on a given day if I didnt know my neighbors would return fire for hurting thier pets lol. they have feed plots set up year round for them because they like them around. They dont even scatter anymore when im on the range shooting.. shooing them off requires a little effort sometimes lol
