^^^^Yeah. Not many people are going to lose any sleep over a criminal getting stabbed while he is committing his crimes.

Yeah and the shop keeper was supposed to assess the situation in seconds and wait to find out. This is why I hate lawyers.

How about this? Your client doesn’t try to rob a store? That usually prevents getting injured or killed by the defendant.
