Ok, how about some details for those of us that have never gone.

I just check everything out on social media. Between Youtube and IG it feels like I'm there.

Yep, in Vegas Jan 22-25 at Sands Expo. To be allowed in you will need to have a pass though. Passes are sold to manufacturers of gun parts or dealers/distributors of firearms. If you are in tight with a local gun shop in your area, they may be willing to get you a pass under their name. I know lots of folks that have done that in he past and gotten in.

Its an industry show, not opening to the public. They will give media presses to those with large social media followings.

Folks "off the street" are not allowed in. To get into the endless halls of vendors, one must have a badge and they have folks at all access points checking to be sure you have one. The intent of the show is to allow suppliers to meet with new/potential customers, for LE/Military to meet with suppliers, and for the owners of gun shops as well as dealers and distributors to meet with suppliers to discuss buying strategies for the new year. NRA show is the one geared more for anyone to come in and see the goods.

OK. I'm not to good at gambling (I contribute to the light bill well while I'm there) and don't like to go to strip clubs so i was hoping to find something to do on my off time.

I went for the first time 2 years ago and thought the same thing because I dont do those things you mentioned either but we had a good time casino hopping, eating and catching some shows.

I saw Cirque du Soleil o last time. I'm seeing a different Cirque du Soleil this time I can't remember which one though

I'll be there for my 7th time. It's not as glamorous when you have to work a booth.
