Shotshow sbr that isn't a sbr question

Can't find the thread about it where we were waiting to find out how it was legal. But did we ever figure how that company was able to loophole the sbr?

Yes, they made it without rifling. So it is only semi accurate up to 50yd (4MOA), unless you buy their special "nerf football" ammo

The company is full of the product produced by male cows. The company on another forum claims that by using a non standard projectile they are exempt from NFA. That in fact is not how the law reads. The produced targets that show the projectile key-holing into the target and claim it is a feature. It is an exercise in how to not sell a product. ETA fix speeling

Correct. No rifling would mean smooth bore and, would still be a no no.
