Zithromax is an antibacterial... Broad range of coverage for a lot of bugs..
I know, in a medical kit thought? It doesn't seem like first line life or death priority like the other times in the kit.
Zpacked gauze* because in the space of 1 pack of cigarettes (for size reference) I can carry 16.4 meters of gauze instead of trying to get tons of rolls taking up easily 5x the space.

Slow down the bleeding as much as possible and get to medical attention as soon as possible. Depends on what the bullet hit to weather you live. Training is always a good thing. Be prepared. I think some watch too much TV.
