Should parents be jailed if their children have access to their firearms and use them in a shooting?

You are a product of your environment. Your kids are a product of ours and their environment. Its what we do as parents, teachers, ministers to lead by example. Young kids are sponges and soak up everything they see.
There was some talk that Colt Gray was Bi Polar. If that is true, then his dad should be held accountable.

The last thing this country needs is more ****** laws. Let me start there. We need better citizens. Guns weren't shooting up schools when I was coming up and they were all over campus.

I just can’t see this as a yes/no answer. If one is a FATHER and raises his son/daughter right there should be no problem. Teach them to respect a firearm and show them what it does at a young age. It should show them the destructive result and it’s not like a Nerf gun. However if you see strange patterns in your kids behavior, then take the appropriate actions to secure your ****! Just my opinion.
