I didn’t know…what would you want if that kid walked into the school bathroom and dumped a few 5.56 rounds into your son or daughter with the rifle his daddy bought him after knowing he wanted to shoot the school up?

If I take a moment to contemplate that I come to a simple conclusion……

Yep.

You are financially responsible for your children till they reach a certain age. Why not morally and legally responsible as well?

99% of the time I'd agree. However, I've seen some true psychopaths that came from "good" families. Those kids were more than loose cannons by 12-13 and should have been locked up. They went on to commit multiple crimes as teens and eventually did get incarcerated, but not before innocent people were hurt. In two of those cases, the parents were NOT in favor of light sentences or parole, or Juvi court. But the "bleeding hearts and artists" won and the kids never faced consequences until they were tried and sent to the pokie as adults.

the dad can be charged for 2nd degree murder.

Maybe like the divers of robberies that go bad. If the dad can be linked to the crime he has some culpability?

Yes, I agree. I mentioned that in post #12.

Unfortunately , this is what happens when the moral decay of society starts to show . Queerness is not an alternative life style ! It is a sickness and should be addressed as such. Scripture is clear on this ! It is pure evil and leaves its possessed with a reprobate mind. On the issue of the parents being held legally responsible ,do the parents have the authority and right to immediately commit a child to a psychiatric ward once the child demonstrates gender dysphoria ? If not I think that question answers itself. That being said , I do believe in this case the father bears some responsibility. There will always be exceptions ! I pray that all the victims knew the LORD and are in a better place.

Yeah but he didn’t conspire to commit the murders. The driver knows the robbery is happening.

For those of you who are interested , the manifesto of the Tennessee school shooter has just been released after fighting in court for over a year to keep it hidden ! It's out and can be read at Blaze am. It shows the mind set of those kind of people , as you will see it is sicking to read !
