Did you see the word reasonable? Yes that would need some clarification. Then we would have to argue what is and isn't secure. A lock is a lock, right? I mean none of us have a lock on our holsters to secure our gun, does that mean if someone wrestles is away and uses it, we are somehow responsible? Can't paint broad strokes as every situation is different.
Man, talk about straw men arguments. If I let you in my house and you Steal an unsecured weapon and use it in a heinous crime..

Absolutely see the word reasonable, but who decides that? Leave it up to a gun grabbing jury, just owning a gun is unreasonable. They are going after manufacturers.....and succeeding. On what planet does that make sense?Did you see the word reasonable? Yes that would need some clarification.
But no court in the union would say that if someone committed a forcible felony against you to obtain a weapon that they then used in another felony, they would be convicted of that second forcible felony.
In the words of our illustrious leader… “COME ON MAN” LOL
isn't that the next reasonable step?Man, talk about straw men arguments.
Huh?isn't that the next reasonable step?
That’s why we have the courts and all that now. Yeah **** is tried sometime, but courts keep it level, at least in most states.Absolutely see the word reasonable, but who decides that? Leave it up to a gun grabbing jury, just owning a gun is unreasonable. They are going after manufacturers.....and succeeding. On what planet does that make sense?
Strongly doubt that.At least one of them will probably never see freedom agaim...
