No, but that’s the problem. This will set precedence that the original owner of the firearm is also responsible.

You can`t get in a Braves or Falcons game with an AR. I can`t get in the courthouse with a pocket knife. The schools should have just as good security. I`m tired of hearing the words,"It`s too expensive". You ain`t going to prevent kids from doing wrong when they are raised the way they are. I`m talking about sorry parents.
