Ok figured it out. Super easy solution. I am using imperial wax to lube. I wasn't using enough.
Once I buttered that biscuit like it was going to slip out my hand it started bumping with less than a 1000. Just as good as new lapua brass. Also the press didn't work hard at all.
I tested it on 3 different brass old shot up hornady, once shot norma and new norma brass. All of them sized back Into spec perfectly. If I put a little less lube it would get squirrels again. Saw a dude having my same problem on the internet and this solved and it looks like it solved mine.
