Glad I got rid of both of them and moved on to HK pistols and OWB holsters.

How do you cross any part of your body with a shoulder rig? Your arm crosses your body, your muzzle doesn't...

Unless you raise your weak arm over your head you are crossing it. Also unless you are carrying a model 29 with an 8 in barrel, drawing from the belt is faster, safer and just as easy to conceal.

Of course no one should wear a belt with a hand made Italian suit. This is the only time a shoulder holster is acceptable. And because Crockett was so bad ass .

Like any other tool, shoulder holsters have their applications. If you need to access your pistol from a seated position, they are great. They are also useful for jogging. I have a couple of shoulder rigs although I don't use them very often.
