Are you familiar with just how it became law? Note the defense was not present.

Are you familiar with the purpose and intent of the 2A and earlier judicial rulings on why they could or could not restrict certain firearms.

They didn't have a "military" purpose...... That's rich considering where we are today. How long did Jim Crow laws exist before being struck down?

What "right" requires the state's permission to exercise it AND pay a poll tax?

The time has never been riper to challenge the NFA/1986 FOPA. It will be very interesting to see how this all plays out. Heller joining in on the lawsuit was a VERY favorable action.

Naw dude he has a point. Truth has a date and time group. And who said a lie cannot live. Just as an unconstitutional law cannot. It may take 50-100 years or more but the people willing will prevail in a Republic.
