The fact they were not only NOT embarrassed but actually DEFENDED it makes them that much easier to dislike (it was pretty easy already).

No I never played college football and Ive never been in a Greek bath house either, but I recognize gay when I see it.

I played college football for 4 years. Nobody ever did that crap to me or any of my teammates. The guy is a gayfer. If he tried that crap when I was playing somebody would have put him in an ambulance on the next play.
