SHOUT OUT-NOVAK (sights)

I had a rear left dot fall out during a Q-test,
I reached out to NOVAK may-8 @ 4:46
Mike with NOVAK responded @ 9:am May 9 and had shipping label by 9:30
I had it in the mail (slide) at 1pm same day
May 16th 11:am back in - da - house with two new sights -Heck yeah!!!
Thats customer service right there!!

I sent in a slide to Novak for new sights. They installed them and had the package heading back to me in the same day they received it. I recommend them a lot, but it seems to fall on deaf ears.

I ordered a new front sight for my Les Baer on Tuesday but arrived today!!!!

I ordered a new front sight for my Les Baer on Tuesday but arrived today!!!!

They would have sent a rear sight, but I would have had to install it. I sent them the slide, and they replaced both sights (above and beyond IMHO) ie.. front and rear and shipping at no cost ..............
