Shovelhead harley build

[The_Duke]

So it’s a 1971 74 cubic inch motor that’s been bored 10 over. It’s not stroked out
anything of the sort. We aren’t hot rodding anything here or reinventing the wheel
we just have a nice reliable set up. I have an S&S super E ready to mount on it.
I have a few small things to do to the frame before I am able to start assembly.
However, everything has been coming together pretty well we will see soon.

are you riding yet?

this nice weather had me take 2 Bikes out yesterday
doing the same today

it's nice to not sweat or be hot while riding

for those that don't know, riding during the 90* days is like being in front of a giant hair drier

Im curious on how the Engine Build is holding up (not that i would expect anything wrong)

what type of ignition are you going with?
i have a source on good electronic ones

if your going points, good luck on finding a condenser that last (all seem to be Chinese crap)
on points go with Blue Streak
