My late grandmother made the best salmon patties ( and thin fried cornbread) I ever had. But I swear I can't get either one right. Only thing I can figure is that my oil aint hot enough when I drop the patties in the pan.I had breakfast for dinner last night too! Salmon patties, Applewood bacon, egg and cheese casserole, smothered tots and grits. Absolutely Delicious. Next time I'll do the the shrimp.
