So I'm pretty sure I did ok on this deal...

I was looking for 238 and this deal walked up to me at the Sandy Springs Gun Club.

Equinox with night sights and the True Glo front fiber optic, I purchased an extra mag with he extension and the guy gave me a free box of PMC ammo if I purchased a box.

Gun is brand new with 4/11/2011 on the code stickers.

Paid $575 out the door.

Put 50rds down the pipe yesterday (I was rushed but wanted to shoot it) and this little thing rocks!

I guess thats the end of my good find story.

That is a good find from what I have seen. What makes it a good deal, is that you like it.

Sigs are awesome pistols but im wondering why someone would pay $500 for a .380?

I've thought the same thing. I really like the way they feel and point(haven't fired one yet) and who wouldn't want a mini 1911? but paying $500 + for a 380 is hard for me to swallow.

I am a bit jealous of the OP though.

if you think that's expensive, check on the price of a used Colt Mustang Pocketlite. I have one and had no idea they had gotten that expensive. thought about a sig to replace it but ended up with a Taurus TCP to carry instead. lighter and once I got used to the long trigger pull it's a nice little piece.

my understanding is that they (sig) bought the old tooling from Colt for the Mustangs. everything is the same except the grips. least that's what I've heard...
