Given the recent drama with the Sig 320s, I was wondering if the 365s have the same internal design and if this line could potentially have the same safety concerns. I haven't been able to find any clear answers online.

Thanks!

From what I have read, they are different and the 365 has had no reports of the same issue. The 320's aren't all having the issue either, but this is proving to be a torn in the side for Sig. More than likely people have touched the trigger or clothing has been caught... But it still doesn't help. I have both a 365 and 320, selling the latter because I'm bored with it, not because I think it's going to go off... and it's my least favorite of the two Sigs I have.

And all of this has brought out the hammer guys with "See, I told ya bout them striker fire'd guns!", I have both, hammer and striker, if you touch the death toggle (trigger) or it gets snagged and pulled, it goes boom.

Different internal workings. No issues with drops or just going off in a holster.

The 365 is a good design. And on the back end, with how much effort Sig has put into building that line up, the 365 is the future for sig. But they can't just cancel off the 320 series given all of the contracts they have sold and relentless attempts to sucker more people into buying em and telling us that they are a great and safe design.
