Being a fan of Sig Sauer pistols I had to have a P6 for my small collection. The Odt came thru and I acquired this one in excellent condition with Trijicon hd sights already installed. From research I knew that light primer strikes were a possible issue if a lighter mainspring had been installed to reduce the trigger pull. That was the case with this pistol. First trip to the range and I was averaging 1 per 10 rounds. I already had the e2 style strut and mainspring seat so I ordered the mainspring 1. Got the spring in and changed out the mainspring assembly to the newer e2 style. I also added an srt kit for the P220 which included a new decocker to eliminate contact with the slide. A set of Hogue G10 grips were added which give it a great feel. Thought I would share these simple upgrades that improved the function and feel of the P6.
