I personally carry a sig 229 scorpion elite tactical and I love it. My wife carries my sig 226 and from time to time I also carry my Glock 17.....I have found no equal to the sig 229. (226 comes close).

No, neither one of us have tried the SP2022. Do you have experience with it? The thing she likes with the 229 is (1) the weight of the gun which can be found in other makes/models, and (2) how "full" the grip feels in her hand. She's held a lot of different stuff and just keeps coming back to the 229 Elite.
Yea that thing is pretty sweet looking. There is someone on here selling one and they claim Sig stopped making this model. Let me know what you think when you get it.

I just pulled the trigger on a p229 platinum elite. I have held the dark elite and those aluminum grips are amazing. ...I can't wait to get it because I have been wanting it for a year now just found some for sale again. Also I love my P226 Tacops
Glocks?
They are like that 50 year old shovel in your garage that your dad bolted a black pipe in to replace the broken handle. It will always work, and will get the job done, but it's old fashioned, lacks style and may not be the best tool for you to use. Maybe if Glock would recontour the slide and re-design the grip (not just tweak it)....
Why do trolls always have to bring up Glocks when people are talking about higher end guns.
