Single Barrel Shotgun Prices

Okay I've been around here a minute and here's just ONE of the things I've noticed . Why are single barrel shotguns so damned overpriced ?! I just looked at an ad for an H&R 20 gauge that was $170.00. There's at least 3 different brands of pump shotguns available for that price if not a few dollars less.
A one barrel break open shotgun is a $75.00 gun at the most. Well maybe if you throw in a case of bird shot it might be worth more but damn!

Okay I admit I'm stuck in the 80s. But from my Kmart and Roses sporting goods days I'm used to one barrels being like $69.95 every Sunday on sale. That's all they're worth. I'd kinda like one of the Hatfield folding single barrels from Wal-Mart but not for $99.00. ****... That's just like $40.00 away from another Hi Point .

**** that! For two bills you can get him a nice pump gun. If you were willing to spend a hundred Wal-Mart usually has the Hatfield single barrel in 12 20 and 410. I like it because it folds up and has a vent rib barrel.
