any home remedies or recommended meds? I got some sudafed never had it but hopefully it works

Advil/Motrin/Ibuprofen to reduce swelling in your sinuses. Also, hopefully you got the sudafed that you have to show ID for. The other stuff doesn't work for me.

I know that remedy.....I ain’t got no shine right now though. You sweat like 2 fat people in a sauna when you do that.
Netipot with BOILED bottled water. Pour the boiling water in the netipot to sterilize it then let it cool before you use it.
Unboiled water can have ameboas that will give you an ear infection.
Adding a splash of ALKALOL helps too.
If your sinuses stay messed up for years demand an X-ray. you might need polyp surgery like I did.
