Sinuses

I had terrible sinus problems most of my life. After breaking my nose twice while in the military, it got even worse.

When I was 45, five years after I retired, I had septoplasty and turbinate reduction to try to help my sleep apnea. I still have sleep apnea, but I haven't had a problem with hay fever or sinus problems since.

Horseradish....take a whiff or two and it will open those sinuses right up or take a q-tip and dab a tiny bit on your upper lip close to each nasal opening....it will open you up quick when nothing else works...
