I agree people shouldn't keep their word. Maybe if we got rid of the feedback system like armlist transactions would go smoother.

Like @DinkyDau said, "Men give their word, Pansy's not so much". TODT is an online community (and a danged fine one, at that). Nothing more. Nothing less.
Our "street cred" on TODT is our feedback. The wise guard it accordingly. I'm sure the admins realize this and have put some rules in place whereby they (the admins) MAY approve negative feedback, based on a pretty well defined set of circumstances. There's really not much more to it, as far as I know.
Outside of that, the admins of TODT have zero control or authority over anything that takes place before, during or after any communication or transaction that takes place out in "meatspace" or in any other part of the universe, virtual or other, that does not involve TODT's servers.
