Not worth it. They already deleted that post.

Without someone explaining to me the relationship and or separation of the various companies listed - Head Down, C3, Skyjacker, Skyguns, DRD, etc, it all looks shady and I won't buy anything from them ever.

Hello friend this is David the owner of Skyjacker Defense we are a new company so I guess anyone would be leary to purchase one of our guns don't know who beast man is but he must be happy with our product. We use only the best quality parts available the barrel come fron either FN or ER SHAW to our spec's as for all other parts we either manufactuer those that we list to mil-spec or have them made to mil-spec.As far as a forged 7075 being stronger thats not so we did a test with a forged casting and our milled billet by taking a f350 tuck ruing over them the billet had only a few marks on it and was built then tested and fired flawlessly as for the forged receiver it did not fair as well it cracked and was severly disformed. But he is right when he said most companys make theirs from a forged casting some mill them from a casting. Our office is open Mon thru Fri call me would love to talk with you

First, A forging is not the same thing as a casting. And to be clear, I said that a forging is stronger, ounce for ounce. Billet receivers are usually heavier than a forger receiver because they require more material to maintain the same strength. Machine a billet lower to an exact dimensional match of a forged lower and it will not be as strong.

Second, ER Shaw barrels are far from the best available. They are acceptable, but often have out of spec chambers, aren't chrome lined and made from non milspec 4140 steel. << applies to the government profile, chrome moly, phosphate barrels. They are some of the cheapest OEM barrels on the market.

Here's the real rub, there is very little milspec about any of the parts you're using, with the possible exception of the FN barrel. So please stop using buzzwords and pretty paint jobs to hypnotize the ignorant masses. Be honest about what you sell and clearly state the specs that really matter. For goodness sake, the OP paid almost $2k and got a milspec trigger and no iron sites. At that price point, you should be equipping a solid upgraded trigger, good sights (Not plastic mbus), a quality barrel, a fully milspec bolt carrier group and a better rail system. It should literally be a gun that only requires the addition of a quality optic, right out of the box and every part used should be quality, without a single corner cut, period.
