My son went to remove his rmr from his SIG P365XL in order to change the battery. One of the screws stripped and the head twisted off. This is what he's left with. Any ideas on how to remove what's left of the tiny screw?

If it is raised a little above the slide try a shallow cut across with a hacksaw blade, then may be you can get a smaller blade screwdriver in there

solved my problem. He is a first-class machinist. He was able to back out that stripped screw and save the threads while doing it. This is the second time I've used his services and highly recommend him to anyone with a problem that requires a machinist's talents.
