Slow smoking some butt this morning

This was a few weeks ago... Ribs galore!!

So could you bake these instead of smoking them? I only have a propane grill. Leatherhead

Sho nuff....just won't have the smoke flavor. They'll still be great. Same time and temp.

My wife helped me with these. She is pissed because her hands were on fire. She left them for me to finish. I think they are done. They were in the oven for three hours at 225 then 30 minutes at 350 then 10 @ 400. Lol I'm gonna eat them.

Got some babybacks, a whole chicken and a bag full of jalapeño's for the smoker. Gonna try some of the infamous Leatherhead poppers. Gonna be a fat and happy Sunday!
