In the state of Georgia. You need that qualifier. 10 over will get you a hefty ticket in many states. I got a 480 dollar 8 mph over ticket just outside of Buffalo NY about 7 years ago. Actually, the ticket was only 125 bucks, the rest was "fees."

eh they have already shown driving at 100 is safer than 70 due to a more dedicated attention and not just Germany has speeds significantly higher than us and have no problem (and Europe has their fair share of **** cars), but i agree dont be ridiculous on the interstate. I tend to keep pace with traffic so whatever that be (generally between 75-80) there are better places if you want to really experience some speed. Track days arnt even that expensive
