Small engine repair needed

Thanks for all the help. Ima mess with it Saturday.
Don't think it's water in the fuel because it has a clear sediment bowl in the line before the carb and it's clean. Bubbado52 reminded me the kill switch grounds the coil and probably got wet. It is on the outside of the housing. May have dried out by now. I'll start with the plug.
 
IT'S ALIVE! Turned out it had collected water thru the exhaust port. The cylinder and carb bowl were both full. The kill switch, fuel, and exhaust screen were fine. After blowing out the cylinder, soaking it PB Blaster, cleaning it with Gun Scrubber, cleaning the plug and the bowl, and an oil change, it fired right up.
Guess the lesson here is cover it up if it's left outside.
