When we had our machine shop we had a guy that the smell was so bad you could almost see fumes coming off of him!

People that smoke bothers me a lot.I can smell them a mile away!
I love Krystals, but they work my colon over like Mike Tyson on a speed bag.
Lol. Maybe put some flowers in his desk and invite him to lunch.
A couple of us at work got tired of smelling one of the guys , I mean he really smelled bad , the worst BO mixed with an Old Goat you could think of. We all came in with 1-2 gel roll on type deodorant a piece one day and we all just handed it to him and said nothing but "Use This" and walked away, he did and problem got better
Maybe,,,find the suggestion box, write a "polite as possible" anonymous suggestion about the odor everyday until someone investigates and smells the odor firsthand. Hopefully they will at least put better deodorants in the crapper or a install an industrial strength exhaust fan in the crapper or they may even have a talk with the person about their odor.
I would report him to HR for creating a Hostile work enviroment...Use the 800 number if you want to remain annon..lol
New guy or not, where I work anyone with talent like that would be instant management material.
