Got a smoker for an early Christmas present now to break it in … So far so good :)

That looks good I would be done at a belly bait of them skins with a little fat attached
by the time the hog was done we would be ate all the ribs and the inside tenderloin and all cooks be drunk.

We get like that even when we do hamburgers! If the grill is hot then the drink is on.
