Smoked pork tenderloin, YUM!!!!

Just removed these beauties from my smoker. My daughter picked up 6 pork tenderloins that averaged 9+ lbs each from Costco. Started the first 3 this afternoon about 3:30 and pulled them from the smoker about 7:30ish. I will smoke the other 3 tomorrow, then vacuum bag some yummy goodness for later use in Brunswick stew and BBQ!

We slathered them with yellow mustard then Mike's dry rub (I buy it from a great guy that is at the GON Outdoor Blast every year), preheated the smoker (electric Masterbuilt) then 4 hours at 225 degrees. Internal temp reached 170ish. I used peach wood chips.
