Smoked pork tenderloin

RecTec at 230 for 4 hours. Just put course salt and cracked pepper for seasoning before cooking. Slice thin across the grain and put about a tablespoon of melted butter on top of each tenderloin. Just try not to eat too much which can be a challenge. Have made these many times and always turn out great.

I cooked 12 today at one time on the bottom shelf as I normally share with the neighbors.
