Smoked Salmon Spread

I have a very close friend in Maine and I send him Summer sausage made from deer and He sends me fresh caught Salmon that he smokes..Well I just received two Fillets of smoked salmon, I am making a salmon spread with some of it...Will post picks when I am done..

Na but I do enjoy others eating..That's what sucks about it, I don't have a stomach anymore but do enjoy others enjoying..

Man I envy you. I LOVE smoked fish spreads, the wife hates them. Used to eat smoked mackerel pate all the time in the UK, but never find it here.

LOVE smoked Salmon...would eat it out of a Grizzly's hand if I could.
Had a steady diet of it last time we were in Alaska...but pricey!!

I still have some fillets left, and he called me today to tell me a young man that he has been helping, now works for a salmon processor in Bangor Maine..He brought him some more fillets. And asked me if I wanted any more?? Well duh of course I do,,I told him I was going to try to go hunting next week for some deer for Summer sausage that both of us like..He may fly down to hunt, He is really a great guy and an honest heart..Hope I can make it happen.
