Snap-on tool box...what’s it worth

Sorry to ones I haven’t replied to yet...I wanted to speak with snap on guy first...he gave me ballpark idea of what it’s worth then I’ll go from there...way it looks from the price response here I’ll probably let him buy it back with that being said

3300 is price on it

Sell it back to him yesterday. He will then finance it to someone else for $6k

Usually the good boxes, Snap-on, Mac, Matco, will sell for 25-30% of their new price to someone wanting that exact box, if its in good shape. Probably not what you are wanting to hear, but that's the money. The tool trucks are like robbery....but they have the quality stuff, and the professional mechanic will just write off what they spend each year in tools.

Now, from a sales mans point of view, find a buddy whos garage or work shop matches the color and theme of your box, there is no telling what you might could get out of it, in cash or trade or both.

Update got local Matco guy to come actually look at it
And he advised me to shoot for 25-2700 to sell out right if anyone is interested if not he said he’d just buy it..
