Quit going there over a year ago after having an online order shipped to the Acworth location. Get a call saying my order was ready for pick-up. Drive an hour + in traffic. When I got there the box was completely destroyed. So bad that the employees were laughing about how bad it was. I didn't find it funny at all. Obviously the contents were destroyed as well. Took it to the returns counter asked to talk to someone about why I got a call to pick up anything in this condition. Talked to 3 different people and the manager refused to come talk to me. The third lady was the only one who knew how to do a refund for an instore pick up. Haven't been back to any cabelas, bass pros since.

Too much stimulus money, extended unemployment benefits, so-called disability pay outs, food stamps and welfare are keeping the unemployment rates low. Along with the 10’s of thousands of 18-40 year olds living in the parents basement, employers are stuck with a poor pool of employees who know they won’t be fired, could careless and have zero work ethic.

Hopefully the whole thing will come crashing down next year and they’ll be standing in line begging for any job they can get. Pain train has got to come to town before things will change.

It's camo walmart, so you have terrible management and you're making $15 an hour w/ bare bones benefits. Pain minimum wage get minimum output.

Yeah its dumb. My bass pro gets you coming in the door and walking through the main isle to the guns. They barely have staff but those two stations will no doubt be filled. I just tell them the truth and say "no I'm not going to sign up for camo timeshares/a CC I'm too poor" and they usually get embarrassed and leave you alone

Yeah and readjust to bass pro/Cabelas new business model or being camo walmart. It only pays to buy the gift cards with the 12% discount and buy stuff on sale. Lately there isn't anything worth buying on clearance anyway.
