When I was fatter I found it much easier to carry than now because I was wearing bigger, baggier clothes anyway. Now that I've lost a lot of weight I find I have to wear clothes that fit me more appropriately and I'm printing way to obviously. I had to go from my g23 to a baby glock and that's still too bulky. I really don't want to go to a smaller pistol with lower ammo capacity but I have to for some occassions. As to your q when I was bigger I carried my g23 in the waistband in a gearcraft holster on my back right hip. Even at 280 I was still able to draw.
