Wow! Did they take out a map of the U.S. and say "Where are the 4 crappiest places to live? Let's be there." Since they left out San Fran I guess they made one mistake. I've spent more than enough time in California (north and south) to know there's not enough money printed to get me to move there. Good luck.
YEah you don't hear too many people besides aspiring actor-types WANTING to move to CA...unless they drive a Leaf and have an Obumer sticker on the bumper.

moving across country is expensive.....especially if you end up having to do it twice!
