GA is an "at will" employment State. You have certain protection under Fair Labor and Standards -but- that protection deals mostly with discrimination with regards to age, sex, religion, etc.
If they say "no employees can carry"...then no one has been discriminated.

Why on earth would it be illegal? It's a private property issue. Is it 'legal' for a company to require you to wear a uniform?
I'd ask calmly why they justify allowing customers to carry but not their own employees. Then I'd start looking quietly for new employment for a place that aligned more with my views if it was a big enough deal to me. On the way out, I'd professionally let them know why.
