So tired of crap

i call them time vampires. but i got a little system going
for craigslist and fb. if someone is interested in something
i have for sell they can call and leave a message. i dont
answer emails or texts. have a cheap straight talk home
phone i dont give out my cell heck i even keep the phone
on mute half the time. some days i'll get a dozen calls
and maybe one message so the flake % is very high
and i might miss out on a sale or two but i just dont
have the time or nerves to email/text all day with
people anymore

For the most part I've had real good luck on here. But like I always said especially if you're selling anything or God forbid in sales for a living " Sooner or later you're gonna run into a jerkoff."

Had a 100+ feedback member do me the same way several years ago. He said his wife found out he was trading and didnt approve 
Slowly but surely we're turning in to Craigslist. About ready to give my 30 day notice..

I've had two guys do the same thing (back out) with bigger ticket items. An in person handshake doesn't count anymore.
From now on, once there is an agreement made, I will insist upon something in writing and/or a cash non refundable deposit.
I still see negative feedback on here and same ppl continue to post and obviously are buying/selling stuff.
The forum isn't flawless, but what is now a days? Not much. Only wish C/L had a feedback feature.
Some people are C/L are beyond stupid. I have something posted on there. My ad says don't text me asking if still available.....his text, STILL AVAILABLE? I reply "yup". Takes him an hour and asks where I am. Ummm, I have a map on CL indicating my approximate location along with is saying where I am and will not meet 1/2 way or bring it to you.
He still asks can you meet me 1/2 way....and replies, oh that's too far. Idiots.
