So....What are your goals for this deer season?

Just curious what your goals are for this upcoming season. Mine are as follows in no particular order:

• Help my son kill his first buck
• I've had 4 people kill their first on my property...I'd like to make that 5 (or 6) this year
• Take a deer with a handgun
• Witness the "2nd" rut
• Catch up and spend more time with my buddy @shotgun 01

So what about you?

Take my daughter out with me for the first time, kill a buck, and put 4 mature deer in the freezer. This is the year.

Take a doe or two off my property and put’em in the freezer.

To hunt and relax for the first time in years (I hunted a couple of times last year maybe 2 but didnt relax and enjoy like the old days).
I love to see but not be seen.

Hell yeah. The year after I got back from Iraq I killed 6. That was after 5 years overseas. Tell him if he wants to drop one on Fort Gordon the door is open and he is wanted and welcome.

My best buddy and I grew up hunting and fishing together. He was in Iraq from 2003-2004. 15 years later we're still hunting and fishing together and I'm glad we can do so. I'm hoping his son can kill his first at my place this year.
